Year - round, enjoy a varied schedule of cultural programs, classes, free tours of the Marion Davies Guest House, and sand courts for beach tennis, volleyball and soccer. The site is fully accessible, including a pool lift and beach wheelchair. During the summer the focus is on outdoor activities and opportunities when we can take advantage of the beautiful Southern California summer pool, summer inspired classes, the seasonal Sand & Sea Fitness Room, and Beach Rentals. Reservations are offered during the summer for the pool, parking, beach volleyball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and canopies. 

Throughout the non - summer season, we'll find some beautiful warm weather days to open the pool, and other times of the year when we might be experiencing unseasonably warm weather. The non - summer season also provides an opportunity to shift the focus to more contemplative programming, providing a great opportunity for businesses, organizations and individuals to rent the Beach House for meetings and special events.

Historic Hollywood glamour meets modern Southern California style to create an event space like no other. Flexible spaces and ocean breezes provide the perfect setting for your next meeting or celebration.
